After settings are programmed, turn the dial to RUN to start the motor simulation. The 777-AccuPower is a fully-programmable motor and pump protection relay with motor output power display. Voltage, current and power measurements are displayed on the three-digit display, as well as fault information and setpoints. The built-in display simplifies troubleshooting and allows the user to easily and precisely configure setpoints. In addition, the 777-AccuPower allows the user to enter motor parameters such as full load current and power factor to provide a calculated output power display. I use a Capacitor Checker for $13.00 off of ebay to check the Capacitor, then, a digital Ohm meter to test the Relay.. QD, Solid State Control Box (Power Off). The Two Tests are below: There are 3 Wires... 1) Blue wire goes to the L1 Terminal 2) Black Wire goes to the B Terminal 3) Orange wire goes to the Capacitor Terminal. Q.D. (BLUE) RELAY Step 1. Triac Test 1. Meter setting: R x 1,000. 2. Connections: Cap(Orange Wire) and B terminal(Black Wire). 3. Correct meter reading: Infinity for all models. The Meter should not move. Starts on 1 and end on one.. I had the meter set on 2000k ohms.. Step 2. Coil Test 1. Meter Setting: R x 1. 2. Connections: L1(Blue) and B(Black). 3. Correct meter reading: Zero ohms for all models. The Meter swings from 1 down to zero... Hope that helps someone.. I wish I could have found this test before.. I'll look at this video again one day, I'm sure.. I maintain 4 wells..
